About our Wines Since 1986 we have been producting award winning Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Sauvignon Blanc, Zinfandel and Late Harvest Varietals. Our wines are featured under two distinct labels. Audubon Collection presents the finest of our vineyard designated and produced wines. Our Sonoma Mission label represents our negotiant wines, loaded with fruit, true to the appelation and brought to market at mid-range prices. Read below for more information on each of these brands. This year we are very pleased to introduce our first Hopper Creek Estate Merlot from our 2003 vintage.

About our Winemaking Oak barrel fermentation and aging play different roles for every wine. At Hopper Creek, our winemaker Barry Grushkowitz, uses Never and Limousin French oak in varying degrees to add complexity and balance to his wines without comrpomising subtle fruit flavors. The final result is a collection of wines that offers fresh vintages to be enjoyed today, as well as vintages whose full potential will be realized in the years to come.
